Week two of my ‘Eat Through the Kitchen’ challenge went fantastically well.
I have been finding myself increasingly irritated by the sheer amount of toys lying around the house. Now, I know all you seasoned mammas are just shaking your heads and telling me to get used to it, but let’s face it: Kyra is only three months old! So getting all our boxes ready for the recycling bin, I had an idea.
January has always been a detox month for me. I can’t remember where it started, or when, but for a pretty long time now, January has been where I made up for the excesses of December by spending no money, drinking no alcohol and eating healthily. It’s not a resolution, so much, as a habit.
