Turning over that new (years) leaf to no more food wastage comes with a big risk, when you’re me. See, I can’t stand spoiled fruit or veggies. If it has a bad patch , it goes in the bin. If it’s bruised, I can’t eat it. It turns my stomach.

I think one week in to the new year is a good time to stop and take a look at where you are with those new years resolutions.
January’s Tortures Life Detox
January has always been a detox month for me. I can’t remember where it started, or when, but for a pretty long time now, January has been where I made up for the excesses of December by spending no money, drinking no alcohol and eating healthily. It’s not a resolution, so much, as a habit.
